We are EVtoU, a China-based vehicle exporter with sales offices in Beijing, Tianjin, China. We source new Changan SUVs in China and ship them to business buyers abroad — car dealers, rental and ride-hailing fleets, government pools and private importers. How does the export process work?
Six steps, usually 20–45 days from deposit to the car leaving China. Here is what happens at each one:

Every car is checked by our team; SGS, Bureau Veritas or your own inspector can check before loading.

Export and shipping
Export customs, then Ro-Ro, 40HQ container or rail from Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou or Xinjiang.

Documents and delivery
Bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin released against the balance.

CS55 PLUS or CS75 PLUS — which should I order?
Order the CS55 PLUS for private retail volume and the CS75 PLUS for families and fleets that need space. The CS55 PLUS is lighter and better equipped for its price; the CS75 PLUS is 220 mm longer, has a 610-litre boot and an 8-speed automatic. Most dealers stock both.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
One unit. A single car can ship Ro-Ro or share a container with other buyers’ cars. From 3 units we can load a dedicated 40HQ container, and from about 10 units fleet pricing applies. Most new dealers start with one mixed container so they can test two or three models before committing to volume.
What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit when you sign the proforma invoice and the 70% balance before shipment, paid against a copy of the bill of lading. Payment is always in USD to the company account named on the proforma invoice.
Are your prices FOB, CFR or CIF?
We quote FOB China port by default, and we can quote CFR or CIF to your destination port on request. FOB means you arrange and pay ocean freight. CFR adds freight to your port. CIF adds freight plus marine insurance. The terms follow ICC Incoterms 2020, and the chosen term is written on the proforma invoice.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Most stock colours reach the China port 20–35 days after the deposit, and the 2026 CS75 PLUS can take 30–45 days because it is built in factory batches. Ocean transit then adds roughly 20–35 days to the Middle East and Africa and 30–45 days to Latin America. Rail to Central Asia takes about 12–20 days.
Are the cars brand new with 0 km?
Yes. Every car we export is brand new, never registered, and shows only delivery mileage from factory and port moves. The cars ship as complete built-up units (CBU). An inspection report or photos of the odometer and VIN plate can be added before loading if you need proof for your buyer or customs.
