How do bulk orders work?

Bulk orders work like single orders, with a delivery schedule added. We agree the model mix, grades and colours, then split delivery into lots that match factory batches and your cash flow. Each lot gets its own proforma invoice, deposit and bill of lading. From about 10 units, fleet pricing applies, and repeat orders get better terms. Payment is 30% T/T deposit and 70% before shipment against a B/L copy, or an L/C at sight for larger contracts. See Prices & Export Quotes for how the price is built.

What is a dealer start-up pack?

A start-up pack is a first order sized to open a showroom without tying up too much capital. A common start is a 40HQ container with two CS55 PLUS and one X5 PLUS, which gives you two price points on day one. Larger packs add the CS75 PLUS as a family SUV and the 2026 CS75 PLUS as a flagship. We can add a starter parts kit in the same container, and plan the second container from what sells first.

Can you supply government and NGO tenders?

Yes, we quote on government, NGO and project tenders. Tenders usually ask for technical specification sheets, a commercial offer valid for a set period, delivery schedule, warranty statement, certificate of origin and company registration papers. Some also ask for a manufacturer authorisation letter. We are an independent exporter, so we cannot promise one. We provide the documents the factory supports for export orders and confirm what is available for each tender before you bid. Send us the tender file early so we can check every item.

Do you supply ride-hailing and rental fleets?

Yes. Ride-hailing and rental operators usually want one or two models in plain colours, so parts and training stay simple. The CS55 PLUS and X5 PLUS suit city work. The CS75 PLUS suits airport, executive and family rental where boot space matters. We can match colours across lots and send the VIN list early so you can prepare insurance and registration.

What spare-parts packages are available?

We put together parts packages sized to your fleet: service parts such as filters, brake pads and wiper blades, plus common body and lighting parts. Parts ship in the same container as the cars, or by air for urgent needs. Warranty follows the factory policy for your market, and we confirm it on the PI.

Do you provide training?

Yes, for fleet and dealer orders we can arrange training for your workshop and sales staff, usually online: product walk-rounds, routine service and basic diagnostics. What is available depends on the model and language, so ask when you plan the order.

Which model fits which fleet use?

FOB prices are indicative entry-grade prices; fleet prices are quoted per order.
