Are the prices on this site binding?

No. Prices shown are indicative FOB starting prices in US dollars for the entry grade. A binding price exists only on a proforma invoice (PI) or sales contract issued by EVtoU, for the validity period stated on it.

Are the specifications guaranteed?

Specifications are taken from manufacturer and distributor data and may change by model year or destination market. The PI or contract states the exact grade and build of the vehicles you buy; that document prevails over this website.

Who is the seller?

EVtoU (Beijing, Tianjin, China) is the seller on every order placed through this site. EVtoU is an independent exporter and not the manufacturer. Changan and all model names are trademarks of Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., used here only to identify the vehicles offered.

Payment, shipping and risk

Payment terms, Incoterms (FOB, CFR, CIF or other), delivery port and transfer of risk are set in the PI or contract, interpreted according to Incoterms® 2020 unless stated otherwise.

Import compliance

The buyer is responsible for import licences, homologation, duties and registration in the destination country. We provide the export documents and manufacturer data the factory supports, and advise where we can.
